Dalton's Baptism

So, the baptism really was at 5:30, but it all worked out. We showed up at 4, were told of the mix up and went to our place and had the 'party' first.  Better to be early than late, right?

Dalton is a really special guy! Stubborn, but I tell him if he uses that stubborness for the Lord he will be a great example and missionary to many.  We sure love him!  It is a little crazy that my 'baby' was baptized, but at the same time feels very natural.  I am not sad.  It is just another step for our family.  We have made steps and have many more to make.  This was a great day and step!

Another thing to boast about. Seriously. I have such talented children. Artsy fartsy, athletic, smart. What more could a mother ask for? Obedience. We're working on that one. haha.  Micaela is arguably THE best basketball player her age playing city league right now. Ethan has gotten so much better in one year. He went from just running up and down the court, to being one of the best his age. Love to see them develop and grow!

Hurricane Idol ~ 1/28/2010

Tabitha sang for the Hurricane High Grad Night fundraiser at Hurricane Idol 2010. She was fabulous! She did not make it to the second round, but was amazing none the less. I was so proud, I teared up.  Next year, we might get a couple of brothers to sing too. Maybe even another sister? Yay!

We learned all about things that fly and the boys even got kites to take home.

I think this blogging thing is going to be easier than I thought. I will try to post at least once a week. We are pretty busy, so there should be plenty to keep up on.
